Deafened & Hard of Hearing: Benefits

Some hearing impaired people may be eligible to claim Disability Living Allowance ( DLA.) for working aged people or Attendance Allowance ( AA.) for over 60's / 65's.

We can advise you on whether your level of hearing loss entitles you to claim these benefits.

Receiving DLA or AA may entitle you to other benefits. A Citizen Advice Bureau ( CAB ) welfare rights officer can provide a full range of advice on Welfare Benefits.
